When do your Electronics become Art?

So out of boredom, comes art contemporary, or RadioArt. What possesses a NYC radiologist to start scanning in everything and anything in to his CT scanner is beyond me, but I'm sure hospital staffers are on alert looking for a knapsack, stuffed with odds and ends!
