Back in Nov, we projected that the Wii would most likely be a endagered product on the shelves of most stores, this Holiday season. It looks like even as most retailers are posting back ordered signs on the Wii Product Codes, it seems the Big old Giant retailer Walmart is coming to the rescue with it's stock of consoles.  As the flash ad boasts on the Walmart homepage. "They'll go fast, so shop now and save.

Will the Wii be as hard to get as previous X-Mas's past

The Wii has been an over night success for Nintendo, but past Holiday season shopping rushes have left the Wii off the shelves as the supplies have been dismal. With this seasons shopping gearing up. Will stock levels be higher, is demand down. I'm sure i'll be picking one up in the future as my kids get older and demand more interactive play. With controllers like the light sword, the wireless guitar hero controller and many more game enhancing controls. The Wii should continue to sell out at this time of year. So if you're looking this x-mas to stuff a Wii in a stocking, probably early shopping is best. Don't wait until after the Thanksgiving day rush.
